By accessing or using PoolTrack, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using PoolTrack for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

PoolTrack is development software. Features, interfaces, model files, supported platforms and analysis methods may change. Access may be limited to authorised testers and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn while the product is being developed.

You may use PoolTrack to record or analyse equipment that you are authorised to test and to prepare internal evidence for legitimate testing, engineering and manufacturing purposes. You must comply with workplace requirements, pool-safety rules, privacy obligations and any confidentiality or intellectual-property restrictions that apply to the footage.

You must not use PoolTrack to access another person’s data without authority, interfere with systems, introduce malicious material, bypass controls or make misleading claims about test results.

You retain ownership of your footage, photographs, notes, product designs, specifications, model details, test results and other material. You confirm that you have the rights and permission required to capture and process that material. Goodfield Studio does not claim ownership of it.

You grant Goodfield Studio only the limited permission needed to perform the support, evaluation or field trial you request. That permission does not allow public release, advertising use, sale, use for another customer, or training of a shared or public model.

Detections, tracks, mapped routes, movement candidates and generated reports are automated aids. They may contain misses, false detections, alignment errors or incomplete observations caused by glare, water distortion, depth, occlusion, camera movement, pool shape or model limitations.

PoolTrack does not certify coverage, performance, safety, compliance, product quality or the existence of a fault. A qualified person must review original footage and supporting evidence before relying on an output or making an engineering, safety, warranty or commercial decision.

Optional features may use services supplied by third parties, including cloud hosting and machine-learning providers. Their terms, availability and privacy practices apply to their services. Goodfield Studio is not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside its control.

PoolTrack, its source code, models, brand, interface and documentation are owned by Goodfield Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Rights to use non-public builds, source code or model files are limited to the permission separately provided for the relevant trial or engagement.

Goodfield Studio will treat non-public technical, commercial, product and test information supplied through a private PoolTrack engagement as confidential. It will use that information only for the agreed purpose and will not publish it, disclose it to another customer, place it in a public dataset or repository, use it in marketing, or use it to train a shared or public model without prior written authorisation.

Access will be limited to people and approved service providers who need the information for the agreed work and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Disclosure may occur where required by law. A separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement takes priority if it provides stronger or more specific protection.

PoolTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” during development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodfield Studio does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free analysis, compatibility with every phone, video, pool or cleaner, or fitness for a particular engineering purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodfield Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, PoolTrack or from reliance on an automated result. You remain responsible for backups, safe testing practices and independent review.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

We may update PoolTrack and these terms as the product develops. The revision date above will be updated. You may stop using PoolTrack at any time. Access to a private pilot may end under the applicable trial or project arrangements.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in South Australia may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
